If you want to get your dream job, it’s crucially important to make the best possible first impression on the recruiter, and everything, including your style, means a lot. There are five vital things you should know that hiring professionals use to form their opinions about you and decide if you will fit into the corporate culture and get the job or not. Sherry Maysonave, head of Empowerment Enterprises, an image consulting firm based in Austin, Texas, says that the first impression happens in less than 30 seconds and it’s based entirely on your attire. Using the color of your clothes, you can influence other people however you want. Pastel colors in clothes and makeup can help you win other people’s trust. The most important thing is not to overdo it. Blue is probably the best color choice for a job interview, unless you’re aiming for a creative job. The color red represents the life force and the inclination to be successful and efficient. Business suits are not always the best choice for a job interview because the impression you may give the employer is that you are “overqualified.” A tasteful statement dress that doesn’t reveal your neckline and ends around 1 inch above the very top of your knee will do just fine. Your attire should be as close to the company dress code as possible. People are more eager to accept other people who are like them, so the more you look like the other employees, the easier it is for an HR manager to imagine you working with them. The worst color choice for a job interview, according to studies and opinions of specialists, is orange — it’s often associated with something unprofessional. -A business quit is the perfect choice if a manager is hiring for a senior-level position, a flower print dress won’t do in this case. But if you are looking for a job teaching children or a creative job, this type of attire is not just appropriate, but also preferable. -It’s better to impress your prospective employee with your professional achievements and attitude to work than with luxury brand logos. -Bad manicure, old clothes, and other little flaws, can make a very negative impression. Wear small and elegant pieces of jewelry like small earrings, bracelets, and watches. 08 common Interview question and answers - Job Interview Skills 1. "Tell me a little about yourself." You should take this opportunity to show your communication skills by speaking clearly and concisely in an organized manner. Because there is no right or wrong answer for this question, it is important to appear friendly. 2. "What are your strengths?" This is a popular interview question. They want to know what you think of yourself. Although this is a general question, there is a wrong and right answer. The wrong answer is a generic answer saying you are organized and friendly. Although it will not hurt you during the interview, it will certainly not help you either. Answer this question based on the type of job you are applying for. 3. "What are your weaknesses?" For this answer, you should display a weakness that can be seen as a strength. There are many types of answers that will work. Some answers will be good answers for certain jobs, while the same answer will be a bad answer for a different job. Select an answer that will work for the position you are applying for. 4. "Where do you see yourself in five years?" This question primarily depends on where you are in your career. A person with 5 years of experience will have different goals than a person with no work experience.This question is asked to see how serious a candidate is about his or her career. Some people might not know their goals, and some people might have goals of becoming rich and retiring early. Those are incorrect answers for this question. The type of answer you want to give is an ambitious answer that shows you really love your career. A good interviewer will read between the lines and find out if a person is going to be a hard worker or just a mediocre one. Being descriptive and shooting for a big goal is something interviewers want to hear. 5. "What do you know about our company?" A typical job interview question, asked to find out how much company research you have conducted, is "What do you know about this company?" Prepare in advance, and in a word, research, so you can provide relevant and current information about your prospective employer to the interviewer. 6. "Are you good at dealing with change?" Dealing with change is common in the work place. A simple yes will not be sufficient to impress the interviewer. This is another type of question where everyone will have similar answers. Of course everyone is going to claim being excellent dealing with change. You got to communicate that you are really good at dealing with change. 7. "Do you work well under pressure?" In most cases, the best answer to this question is answering yes. Working well under pressure is a good trait to have. However, I think if you answer that you work the same with pressure and without pressure, the interviewer will be more impressed. However, you will need to explain in words why this is better. 8. "How do you make important decisions?" There are many ways to answer this question, and if you have a reasonable method of making decisions, it will probably be sufficient. One answer I thought of included not being afraid of asking your manager. You can follow up by saying even the best needs mentoring, and you always want to improve. So basically, this could work as an answer, but depending on the job, you might have a better shot with an answer like my example.

Microsoft Unveils a New Look! In advance of one of the most significant waves of product launches in Microsoft's history, today we are unveiling a new logo for the company. It's been 25 years since we've updated the Microsoft logo and now is the perfect time for a change. This is an incredibly exciting year for Microsoft as we prepare to release new versions of nearly all of our products. From Windows 8 to Windows Phone 8 to Xbox services to the next version of Office, you will see a common look and feel across these products providing a familiar and seamless experience on PCs, phones, tablets and TVs. This wave of new releases is not only a reimagining of our most popular products, but also represents a new era for Microsoft, so our logo should evolve to visually accentuate this new beginning. The Microsoft brand is about much more than logos or product names. We are lucky to play a role in the lives of more than a billion people every day. The ways people experience our products are our most important "brand impressions". That's why the new Microsoft logo takes its inspiration from our product design principles while drawing upon the heritage of our brand values, fonts and colors. The logo has two components: the logotype and the symbol. For the logotype, we are using the Segoe font which is the same font we use in our products as well as our marketing communications. The symbol is important in a world of digital motion (as demonstrated in the video above.) The symbol's squares of color are intended to express the company's diverse portfolio of products. Starting today, you'll see the new Microsoft logo being used prominently. It will be used on Microsoft.com -- the 10th most visited website in the world. It is in three of our Microsoft retail stores today (Boston, Seattle's University Village and Bellevue, Wash.) and will shine brightly in all our stores over the next few months. It will sign off all of our television ads globally. And it will support our products across various forms of marketing. Fully implementing a change like this takes time, so there may be other instances where you will see the old logo being used for some time. We're excited about the new logo, but more importantly about this new era in which we're reimagining how our products can help people and businesses throughout the world realize their full potential. Deli Foods launches New Look, unveils Six New Products. Deli Foods Nigeria Limited on Thursday 31st January, 2019 launched a new look for its products. It also unveiled a variety of six new products into the market. The new products launched in Lagos included Deli Cabin, Deli Morning Coffee, BITE Orange, BITE Banana, BITE Coconut and BITE Strawberry. All six new biscuits are available at N10 packs, and the BITE range is also fortified with Calcium, which helps in the development of strong bones and teeth in children and young adults. Deli Foods general manager Nazaire Atse said the launch of the product and rebranding of existing ones were in fulfilment of promises made to customers. Atse noted that customers had desired affordable and quality biscuits to enable quicker sales, especially amongst school children. Quality assurance manager Deli Foods, Olufowobi Muyiwa said the new products have been tested and guaranteed to have maintained all requirements according to the Standard Organisations of Nigeria (SON). Muyiwa, who noted that the new products have undergone internal and external laboratory tests, said the new biscuits and existing ones have been designed to have longer shelf life irrespective of customers’ locations. “Having realised they are outside the sun in the market, while some are inside, we took samples of these products at different locations and stored at customer’s warehouses under different conditions,” Muyiwa said. He explained that while packaging the new biscuits, they ensured that air and moisture cannot penetrate through the packs to soften products. Head of Food Codex department, SON Lagos office, Adebola James, said Deli Foods is one of the most reliable food manufacturers in the country. “I can beat my chest to tell anyone that these products have been tested and proven to be best. Anyone eating these products can eat and go to sleep,” James said. Deli Foods brand manager Emmanuela Okure assured customers of the firm’s willingness to providing varieties of affordable and quality products. The food company also rewarded its most outstanding distributors and customers for the year 2018.

The traditional gold JRC logo known to anglers across Europe is replaced by a fresh red and black colour scheme, a new logo and an update to packaging and marketing materials. Brand manager, Ralph Dijk explains the thinking behind the new look: “JRC has evolved over 20 years from its early roots, and we wanted to update the brand’s look to reflect the technical and forward thinking approach of our team. The new logo has a minimal, contemporary design that we love, and there’s a hidden element for the sharp-eyed. Look closer, the logo reveals a hidden outline of a bivvy – among our best known products – and the cross of St George, representing our English heritage.” Accompanying the logo update is a refresh of the brands packaging, which has been redesigned to showcase product features and improve the way the products look in store. Branding is now more consistent across the product range, and the new packaging will be phased in over the 2015 season. The JRC team have also been working hard on updating their product offering, with the new Stealth Bloxx Bivvy leading the way in bringing well thought out products to the carp market. Long session bivvies, sleeping bags and a new range of rods are all in the pipeline.
